Rape on US Train but Passenger Doesn't Help

TRIASMEDIA – The act of rape that occurred in a Philadelphia train carriage, United States of America is a witness to the low level of humanity.

The rape took place in front of dozens of passengers on the train, but none of them had any intention of helping.

The rape took place on Wednesday (13/10) when the man, identified only as Fistin Ngoy, was sitting next to a woman at around 10pm on a train on the Market-Frankford Line bound for 69th Street Transportation Centre.

The man tried to touch the victim many times, the victim then refused by rebuffing the perpetrator’s hand.

The perpetrator then tore the victim’s clothes, there were no passengers on the train who tried to help him.
