Darby Police Department Inspector Timothy Bernhardt expressed his astonishment at all the passengers on the train who had no intention of helping the victim.
“I am appalled by those who did nothing to help this woman,” said Timothy Bernhardt, Sunday (17/10).
“Anyone on that train should look in the mirror and ask why they’re helping or why they’re not doing something,” he lamented.
Luckily the train officers saw the incident and called 911 to save the victim. The perpetrator was caught by the police.
